We are actually trying the polyclonal from Dako versus the monoclonal
from BioGenex. In Germany, the cancer society "recommended" to use the
polyclonal one from Dako, however there ist still a discussion going on
whether to compare the ICC results with is situ studies on gene
expression.
I fyou want to have our protocol (pre-treatment, dilution etc) please let
me know.
