Anita,

We recently prepared slides of two week old zebras. They were about as
small as a fish can be! We fixed them in 4% paraform. for 24 hours. Then
we processed them on our regular processing schedule. Paraffin embedded
them (saggitally as per request from client). Microtomed them at 4
microns -12 step sections throughout to achieve most vital organs. H+E
stained on regular schedule and PRESTO- they were beautiful. Hope this
helps.

Sincerely,

Tom Galati
