Re: x-gal staining
> I am curious in general if anyone has had success staining tissue sections for beta-gal. We have been able to get it to work in cultured fibroblasts, but when it comes to tissue sections we have had no luck. Just curious to if any of you have had success and if so if I could get your protocol. Thanks in advance.
