I just visited the UK where they have a lot control tissue relating to Mad Cow (CJD), but the problem is they have a strict restriction on Tissue Retention and it may be difficult to release tissues to others, they have a hard time keeping tissues for there own controls, they have to give everything back to the family if requested and get expliciate premission from the patient/family to use their tissues for any purpose.  I will look into it, though.
