Hi all
Does anyone know of a method to quench/block autofluoresence in (frozen or
paraffin) liver tissue? We are staining with FITC labeled ab's and trying to
run through the compucyte Laser Scanning Cytometer system.  Any
comments/experience with this technology would also be helpful.
