Hi HistoNetters

There is a microwave procedure for staining cryptococcus given in Kok &
Boon's "Microwave Cookbook" based on Southgate's modification of Mayer's
Mucicarmine method for staining mucin and cryptococcus. If you don't have
access to the book, contact Cindy Gaspari in our office
(cgaspari@ebsciences.com), and she can fax you the page).

Best regards,
Steven Slap
