In my article in Modern Pathology back in 1981 I used a mAb from Bioproducts for Science. More recently we have been using DAKO's pAb (Code No. B 0471). This antibody works very well following heat-induced epitope retrieval, although the "Specification Sheet" recommends proteolytic digestion. We use it at a 1:200 dilution for a 30' incubation or 1:2,000 overnight. For some reason the antibody is not listed in DAKO's 1999/2000 catalog.
