Hi Coni,
We are currently cutting three levels on breast sentinel nodes. Levels 1 &
3 are stained for H & E. Level 2 is stained for pan-Keratin. For melanoma
nodes, we cut three slides per block. One stained S-100, one stained HMB-45
and one H&E. We are currently reviewing our procedures because we
understand there are other protocols out there which require more levels. I
would appreciate any and all procedures any of you would like to share and
whether there is a new standard developing. Thank you.
Best Regards.

Mickie
