Hello,

My boss just looked at the first Brdu slides done with Prefer as the
fixative.  She said they were way over stained.  Red blood cells were
positive too.

Is there a change in the Brdu protocol when Prefer is used?

I am desperate to find a formaldehyde replacement that will work with our
projects.  Are any of you doing Brdu with another substitute?
