Dear List-members

Do any of you know aproximately how much nile blue sulphate is necesary to prepare a saturated solution? I have to prepare this solution but all books says only "use a saturated solution" I dont want to waste an excess of dye because it is very expensive here, so I want to use the minumun quantity necessary for the saturated solution.
