Anyone doing DCC breast ER/PR assay, or other test?

Is anyone still doing any dextran coated charcol assay (DCC) for estrogen/
progesterone receptors - as a validation of IHC ER/PR?; or is there any
other similar test used to validate ER/PR IHC testing?
