I have a few questions concerning the Sequenza Staining Racks from ThermoShandon as I have never used this system before but would like to transition from staining slides by hand to the Sequenza System. Do you need to use a certain type of slide or are the superfrost plus slides suitable? Do the slides stay mounted in the disposable coverslip for the duration of the IHC experiment? By this I mean is there a need to remove the slide/coverslip between applications of the reagents or for rinsing? What is the suggested volume of reagents? Any other wisdom that can be offered is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance as always!
