Re: Perfused mouse brain

HI Katie,
If the brain has been perfused properly it is fixed and can sit in formalin
as long as you want it to unless you are perfusing it for a specific
reason, e.g. ICC
Cheers

Hello All,
We have some perfused mouse parts, including brain, and would like to know
how long we should allow them to sit in formalin before processing. Should
we keep everything cold?
Thanks!
Katie
