Hi Jennifer,

I have used a sequenza. Slides stay in the clips. Sections mounted onot
your usual slides for ICC.There is a resevoir at the top of the clip that
you fill with reagent. The only problem I| have ever had is will bubbles
forming over the tissue leading to patchy staining. I have since found out
that the coating of the clips does not last forever. Is not a problem if
you stain loads of slides.
