MGG and blue artifact
Hello fellow histonetters,
Would anyone have any thoughts on why mggs sometimes will result in a very blue slide (not good)? My understanding is possible formaldehyde exposure, or smear inadequately dried before being fixed. What other reasons might there be? We pH our buffer. Any thoughts and help are appreciated. Thanks.
