Banu,
don't know where to find anti-rabbit collagen II, but the U of Iowa Hybridoma Bank has the best selection of collagen antibodies I know of, and many of the anti-human antibodies crossreact with other species such as
rabbit.  the bank will put in touch with the investigator who developed the antibody clone and they are very helpful about telling you which animals their antibodies work with.
