Hi Histonetters,

I am trying to work up Zymed's e-cadherin on our NexES without much luck.  I am getting a lot of cytoplasmic staining (nonspecific) and not very much membrane staining. Help!
I have tried many things, but am having "better" results with a 1:100 dilution at 32 min. and steaming it in EDTA.  I am testing it on different breast CA's
Any suggestions?
