   Hi, 

I have lost the protocol for mixing the Vector kit for Dab. I was wondering 
if someone could refresh my memory (such as it is). 

I think it was 5 ml H20, add three drops buffer, 1 drop DAB, then 1 drop
H2O2. 
And I can't remember at all how much of the nickel.
