This question is directed to the folks out there doing histology on sea
urchins.

I have recently been hired at the facility below, and will be doing
histology on sea urchins.  I need some advice regarding processing and
handling of this type specimen.  I would also very much appreciate any
literature references regarding such.

Although I have considerable experience in the realm of routine histology
and IHC, I am a total novice at specimens other than human and other
mammals.
