I have used antibodies from Jackson Immunoresearch for
these closely related species applications.
(800-367-5296 or WWW.jacksonimmuno.com).  They have
several peroxidase conjugated antibodies directed
against various mouse immunoglobulins and fragments
that have been preabsorbed for rat crossreactivity.
