RE: DPC Immunostainers

At the risk of sounding like a sales rep in disguise (see "am I a sales
rep") I think you left one stainer out. The BioGenex Optimax is working
quite well for us. Bruce Gapinski HT(ASCP)

		Hello;

		We are currently evaluating various immunohistochemical
		stainers for our laboratory. Recently I have seen some
		information from Diagnostic Products Corporation regarding
		their IHC stainer. It looks like a beefed version of the
		old Shandon coverpalte model. Does anyone out their
		currently use this unit and what do you think about it? In
		particular we need a high throughput machine and would like
		to hear about different laboratory experiences with the
		machine regarding reliability and operating costs. We have
		already looked at the Dako and various Ventana models.

		regards
