Hi Everyone!

I have a billing question.  We are thinking about purchasing (down the road)
a Ventana immunostainer that will perform in-situ testing for HPV on Thin
Prep pap slides.  We are trying to figure our who can actually read the HPV
test and how one would bill for it.  Does it fall into cytology, with a
cytotech reading it, or should it be read by a CLS and billed as a clinical
lab test?  If anyone is doing HPV in-situ, could you please tell me who you
have read them, what educational background you require of that person, and
how you bill for the test?  Since every state has different regs, please
tell me where you are, too.  Thank you in advance for your help!
