We heard that Sigma will soon discontinue their amylase A-3176, that we use 
on our PAS with amylase.  What do other labs use to digest glycogen, (besides 
spit)!?!  Also, what is your procedure for digestion and the PAS.

One more question.  We heard about silver stain on counter tops, how about on 
your skin?  Yes, I am embarrassed to admit, I have poor technique and 
received a big old line on my hand, while disposal.  Yes, trying to clean up, 
to go home and didn't bother to wear my gloves.
