I have two questions for all of you. Does anyone have any suggestions for an
antibody for beta-galactosidase in rat brain sections in paraffin? I have
b-gal transfected human tumor cell spheroids implanted in rat brains and want
to demonstrate those cells however much of a mass they may have formed.
Also...is there a step by step, idiot proof ISH (DNA) protocol, complete with
formulae for all solutions required, in existence somewhere? This is the
nonthinking approach to doing something when you have no time to work on it
in detail. All suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,
