Hey There!

I'm not sure which proliferative markers you are
looking at, but:

CDC47 - Neo Markers (retrieval with paraffin
sections)
PCNA - Neo Markers/Lab Vision
p21 - Neo Markers

I've had pretty good luck with these and other
antibodies from this company.

As to Apoptosis, I'm doing the TdT enzyme (Apopdetek
from Enzo), but the pathologist I don't think is all
that familiar with this. In all papers I've read the
words "low number of apoptotic cells seen in normal
lung" , she's unsure because no one says just how
many. I've tried to explain to her that it is
sometimes 1, 2 or maybe even 0. She has trouble
accepting this. I believe that we are on the right
track and my director is seems to be in agreement, but
she's looking to send the study out again (she did
this with my predecessor). I think she just isn't all
that well versed in it.

Thanks, if you know of any papers that will help I'd
appreciate it.
