This book isn't going to break the bank, $56.95.

Due Summer, 2000 and certainly will be a nice reference for those involved
in immunostaining, also includes immunoelectron stuff.  Shi and Taylor are
the antigen retrieval gurus, it is nice to have their info put into a
single volume.
