Hi Julie,
What are you using as a pre-treatment for your BE3412 antibody? I was not
successful either on prostate tissue using my regular trypsin protocol. I went
for HIER with citrate in a microwave and got good results, but at times also
nuclear staining and bleeding. Now I am using 0.05% protease (Sigma) in TBS pH
7.6,
20 min. at room temperature and everybody is happy. Hope this helps.
