If it were me, I would not mix the two.  It has been reported the vapors
in concentrated forms of formaldehyde and bleach, the vapors create
bis-chloromethyl ether which has the potential to be a carcinogen.  I am
not sure if studies have been done on the amounts we use.  Lee Luna
wrote something in the "Histologic" about this many years ago.
