Monique,
	 I do a fair amount of mouse tissue. How old were the mice???? When
you decalcified did you do an endpoint test???. I have had success in not
decalcifying if the mouse was young. I find mouse tissue is easily over
processed and can lead to holey ribbons. Gayle Callis is the expert on mouse
bone maybe she will respond as well. Let me know if I can be of further
