Fellow Histonetters, I am looking for a product made by Tissue Tek-- way
back in the early 1980's. It is a cassette holder. It is made of stainless
steel and has "TISSUE-TEK II" printed in black on the top front. It is 3
1/2" wide, 3 1/2" deep, but stands only 1 1/4" inches tall. It has 5 slots
or rows which hold 3 cassettes (with no lids attached) each for a total of
15 cassettes. We have three of these units and we use them daily. I have
checked with quite a few people and have been assured they are not made any
more. If you have some of these junking up a drawer, perhaps we can work
out a deal....I make cookies! You sure would make some techs happy. Please
call or e-mail me to the address below. Thanks.
Histologically Yours,
