Laboratory Services of the Medical University of South Carolina Medical
Center is seeking a
degreed professional (Masters preferred) for the position of Manager,
Anatomic Pathology,
consisting of histology, cytology, special stains, and surgical pathology
clerical and specimen
accessioning services.  Candidates must possess proven operational
knowledge with excellent
communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of medical
center staff and
management.  A minimum of five years histology/cytology experience is
required with a record
of progressive and  resourceful leadership in a high-volume anatomic
pathology laboratory.
Must possess skills in budgeting, personnel, cost accounting, resource
management and
