You can find protocols on the internet. Just search for 'technovit 7100 GMA protocol' or something like that and you'll get some answers. 
Since you already fix the speciments in aceton then you can go to straigth on to GMA if you like. I would suggest that you first use a 1:1 mixture of aceton and GMA before going to pure GMA
