Hello,
the best ist 2% glutardialdehyde-2% formaldehyde (1+1) in whole body
perfusion, with following plastic embedding (methymetacrylate). I used this
for routine neurotoxicity studies at BAYER (Germany). But, it is not the
easiest and time/cost intensive.
