I love my Leica 2155!! I wouldn't trade it for love or money...well, okay...maybe money, but it would have to be alot of money....a whole lotta money!!!! Seriously, I use it for both paraffin blocks and PMMA sections of undecalcified bone. I have never had a serious problem with it. There is a learning curve for the plastic sectioning, but even that wasn't too stressful. I would highly recommend this microtome! (Just my $0.02 worth!)
