Subject:	double label IHC stains for skin biopsies

Does anyone know of a lab which can perform double label IHC stains involving a
different chromagen for each of the two labels: CD4+CD45RO+ (UCHL-1) and
CD8+CD45RO+ (UCHL-1) on formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue or on frozen
tissue? Is there a way to quantitate these, or must one do a semiquantitative
examination by estimating the percentage of positive cells?

Thanks for your help. These have been requested as part of a research project
for a drug trial.
