Did you use antigen retrieval.  Cytok's almost exclusively need enzymatic retrieval before staining.

I have been asked to work up a Cytokeratin panel of clones  4, 8 and 18, all
in mouse embryonic tissues utilizing monoclonal antibodies. My first run
through using the DAKO ARK kit did not yield results, are there any
cytokeratin gurus out there that might be able to help?
