At the risk of later being shown to be a complete idiot, I don't think there
is a diffewrent protocol for paraffin sections as opposed to frozens, BUT,
there will be no lipids to stain in paraffin sections as the alcohols and
xylenes, or substitutes, will have dissolved them out. 
No doubt someone will now show otherwise.
