Is this a polyclonal that you are trying to clean up by absorbing against tissue?  You can preincubate a “dirty” polyclonal against control (negative) tissue several ways – on regular sections (or whole mounts), acetone powder preps of the tissue….You save the incubated primary and then use that on your real samples.
