To give an opinion on slide adhesives--for routine work there is
still nothing better than elmers white glue in the water bath--even
tho some of the purists think that "non-chemical, quality quantified,
substances should not be used.  For immunos I use commerical poly-L
lysine slides and almost never have tissue loss but can't say why I
either use them or don't lose tissue
