Hi Carolyn,

The first thing you should do is follow the manufacturers directions.  If there
aren't any along with PenFix, give them a call.  I'm sure their technical
services will be able to answer your inquiries.

I have just ordered Penfix for a trial. Do I have to put the tissue in formalin
before ? How long do I leave the tissue in Penfix?
