RE: calretinin

Hi Martha,

We use Zymed's V-Line predilute antibody (cat. # 08-4211) on Ventana's ES
and genII instruments with Ventana detection (of course!) Our HIER
procedure is 2" in 1mM EDTA, pH 8 in the Biocare Decloaking chamber (you
could substitute a 93-95 degree C waterbath for 20-30" if you don't have an
electric pressure cooker). We incubate the primary Ab for a 20" titration
and add AB block to the procedure. Mesothelioma cases come out very
intense, yet clean.

Feel free to contact us if you have further questions.

that would work well on our Ventana ES. We currently use the one from
Zymed, along with their detection system. This works well but with our
increasing workload I need something we can automate. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
