Here's our vote-
For NBF-fixed paraffin blocks 1 mM EDTA HIER in waterbath or pressure
cooker.
For B5-fixed decal'd bone marrow biopsies first we use BioGenex's DeCal
Retrieval Solution, then HIER in 1mM EDTA in a pressure cooker...We use a
monoclonal CD3(1:10) from BioGenex and our detection is on the Ventana
ES/genII... We use their amplification kit also...
