Dr. Cartun,
we are using a mouse monoclonal from Nova Castra. We steam the slides with
Dako's Target Retrieval solution for 20 minutes, with a 20 minute cool down.
Our titer is 1:200. We incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes each in
the primary, link and label with a 5 minute incubation in DAB. Hope this
helps.
