Hi,

I have been quite successful with Kreatech's CMV ISH kit, now being
distributed by Zymed.

I use the digoxigenin labelled probe.

Instead of digesting with pepsin as suggested by the manufacturer, I use
protease K (100 microgram per ml protease K type XXVIII, Sigma P-4914) for 10
minutes at 37 degrees C.
