It seems your hematoxylin  has expired. This inespecific increase in
tinctorial properties is one of the signals of deterioration of the stain
and it occurs
on the expiration date and also in cases of erroneus
formulation of the stain.
Donīt  waste your time and work on trying to remede 
this,if you bought the dye recently ask the salesman to replace it.
