RE: Making controls

Who cares if the tissue spoils a little. You are going to use it as a yeast
control not a placenta control.

Subject: Making controls

I want to try to make my own fungus control. I had Microbiology introduce a
yeast onto a piece of placenta, but I'm not sure how to proceed now. If I
place the tissue in an incubator to help the yeast grow, the tissue will
rot. If I place the tissue in the refrigerator, the yeast will not grow as
effectively and quickly. Any suggestions??
