    It might depend on what is going to be done with the sections after they
come out of storage. The best thing would be for you to do the experiment
yourself, store some sections from the same brain both ways and see how they
perform in subsequent proceedures. Then you will know exactly how changes in
storgage impact your tissue in your lab.
