Ruffers should work on larger tissues also, it is used for rehydration of
mummified tissues, thousands of years old, and some good sized pieces.
Worth a try, just do large volumes, suspend brain (wrapped in cheesecloth)
so solution totally surrounds it in a huge container, and keep us posted on
how it works.
