Jeannie:

The NSH meeting is in Milwaukee, Sept. 16-21.  As soon as the program is 
finalized, it will be put on the NSH web site, www.nsh.org.  I think it is 
final as far as the program committee is concerned, but I do not know how far 
the office has gotten with getting it into print, or on the web.
