Ron,

If you are using the Biogenex IHC stainer try the following for CD3 and 
ki-67-------for cd3 we use the Dako concentrate 1:300, Dako citrate 25 min.,
power block 5 min., avidin/biotin block 15 min. ea., primary for 25 min.,
link-20 min., hrp-label 20 min., aec 5 min. (the code # for cd3 from dako is
A0452)-----use tonsil control.   For ki-67, we use Immunotech's primary @
1:100, tonsil control, dako citrate 25 min., power block 5 min., primary for
25 min., link 20 min., hrp-label 20 min., aec 3 min.-----cat. # for the
ki-67 primary is PN IM0505.  Hope this helps.
